Anabel is a naturally gifted intuitive empath. She has a unique ability of holding space for others in a way that allows them to explore the depths of themselves and find the root cause of their discomfort.

 

In 2007, she attended Mueller College of Holistic Studies in San Diego where she became a Holistic Health Practitioner. She obtained her 1st degree of Traditional Usui Reiki in 2009 and became a certified Usui Reiki Master in 2019 administered by her Reiki Master Teacher Mary Sotelo.

 

As a child she grew up with many obstacles that motivated her to clear past traumas and childhood wounds. She believes that with every obstacle is a gift that once overcome, has the potential to shift life in a meaningful way.

She is a mother that inspires to dig deep into her subconscious mind to put an end to generational curses. Her daughters inspire her to be the best version of herself and through Reiki she continues to evolve. She worked a corporate job for 16 years during her spiritual journey and realized the weight of a stressful job was holding her down. With having a deep desire to live a more aligned and vibrant life, she decided to transition from her job and commit to pursuing her purpose as a healer.

Her mission is to be the light that helps others see. She will guide you into making your life on earth more tranquil, meaningful and with less fear so you could flow to your natural peaceful rhythm.
